We're interested in confirming our date with you, what is the deposit and payment schedule?
We understand planning a wedding is a large financial undertaking. To make things easier for our couples, we break up the payment schedule into three parts:
•25% at the time of booking to confirm the date.
•50% of the remaining balance due 2 months before the wedding.
•Remaining balance due 30 days after the wedding.
How many hours willl we need?
Eight hours is usually a good amount of time for most wedding days, but it’s easy to add one or two hours if you’d like more coverage at the beginning or end of the day.
When will our photos be ready?
We know you will be so excited to relive all the moments!
We’ll deliver 10-20 “sneak preview” photos within one to two weeks of the wedding, followed by the full gallery within four to six weeks.
How do we receive our photos?
After editing is finalized, your images will be delivered through a private online gallery that you can share with your friends and family. Full resolution files can be downloaded directly from the gallery with no watermark.
How many photos will we receive?
Each couple and wedding day is different, with unique details, priorities, and schedules. We have no “set” number of photos to deliver, as it’s based more on what’s important to each individual couple and the ways they would like their day captured.
With that in mind, we find that the average eight hour wedding results in around five hundred final, edited photos, although that can vary, especially if there is a long ceremony, large bridal party, large families, a lot of portrait time, etc.
Each couple is different and our goal is to work with you to understand how to best capture your day in way that aligns with your vision, priorities, and preferences.
